Wind and hail roof claim

"Keathley Claims did a great job getting us indemnified for the losses and damages done to our roof during a wind/hail storm. They always communicated well and were upfront and honest from the start. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need to report an insurance claim for damages done to your property. They will ensure that you are fairly compensated."

Insurance claim help

"Great experience with having their team help with my claim. They made sure I was given what I was owed from my claim. Without their team and their knowledge the insurance company would not have paid me fairly and the process would have been a nightmare. Thanks Keathley Claims!"

Storm roof damage claim

"Ryan and his team were great to work with! Handled the process from start to finish once we reached out to ask for his assistance due to roof damage we had from those terrible storms a little while back. He recommended a roofer to do the work and we could not be happier with them as well. Ryan has great experience and lots of knowledge in this line of work and it will certainly serve his future customers well as it did us! Highly recommend."

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions about public adjusting, claim review, and appraisal.

See All FAQs
What Is A Public Adjuster? +
A public adjuster is a professional claims adjuster who represents you in filing and negotiating your insurance claim. While the insurance company’s adjuster is accountable to his or her employer, a public adjuster is a licensed professional whose priority is to advocate for the policyholder in the claims process.
Why Should I Hire A Public Adjuster? +
When it comes to insurance claims, you are responsible for proving your loss to your insurance company. Aside from attorneys, a licensed public insurance adjuster is the only entity licensed by the state to represent you, the insured. As a Public Adjuster, we handle all of the work regarding your claim. Think of it this way: If you were involved in a legal matter, you wouldn’t choose to represent yourself. Instead, you would hire an attorney to represent you. The scenario isn’t all too different when it comes to insurance claims. It is important to remember the adjuster hired by the insurance company works to protect their interests while a Public Adjuster works ONLY for you. (We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice. Please contact an attorney for legal advice.)
Will My Insurance Agency Punish Me For Using KCC? +
No. It would be a serious violation for any insurance company to discriminate against you in any way for exercising your right to have a public adjuster representing you in regards to your insurance claim.
Will I Get A Higher Settlement By Using KCC? +
In our experience, you’ll almost always receive a higher settlement from the insurance company if you use a public adjuster for the simple reason that your claim will be presented much more favorably and with careful attention to your policy coverage. We go through all the evidence step-by-step, carefully inspect the loss site, and accurately document the damage.
When Should I Contact KCC After A Loss? +
You should call us immediately after a loss. It is most beneficial for all parties when we are involved at the beginning of the claim development so we can set the tone for the entire process. That said, KCC can be brought in at any part of the claim process.
Can Public Adjusters Act As Lawyers/Contractors? +
No. KCC does not offer legal advice or contractor services. Please contact an attorney for any legal advice. That said, we can collaborate with your contractor to make sure all damages are being addressed in your estimate presented to the insurance company.
What Type Of Claims Does KCC Take On? +
We have expertise in a variety of residential and commercial insurance claims such as: water, tornado, wind, hail, fire, collapse, water backup, pipe burst and other related accidents and natural disasters.
What Does KCC Charge For Their Services? +
Our fee is based upon a percentage of the insurance company’s settlement to you. There are no upfront fees for our services. It is in our best interest to look out for our clients’ interest and get your claim settled.
